Our impressive 24-hour site in East London has THE PERFECT opportunity for an experienced RVN who loves all things hospital and wants to join a larger growing team.About your new role!This full-time (40 hours per week) RVN position would be IDEAL for an experienced RVN who already has a couple of years under their belt and thrives in all departments within a hospital setting, and wants to opportunity to work between the various departments in the hospital including theatre, ward, consults and ECC.Do not be concerned if you feel you excel in one department as oppose to another, if there are any gaps in training we will be happy to support you, whether that be in ward or consult nursing, or more! There is fantastic diagnostic support at Wanstead, with a CT scanner, a commercial laboratory, a strong medical team, and experienced surgeons routinely conducting advanced orthopaedic, soft tissue, and minimally invasive surgery on site.You will be working alongside a large team consisting of approximately 25 vets, 27 RVNs, 14 SVNs, 7 VCAs and a large front of house team who are integral in maintaining excellent client care.

Your rota will include a 1:4 weekend rotation with TOIL and up to 3 bank holidays per year. You will be included in the last resort on-call rotation, but with 2 RVN’s and 1 VCA on shift each night this is very much last resort!Wanstead itself is on the outskirts of leafy Essex but has quick and direct transport links that take you straight into all areas of London! This growing practice in a trendy area of East London is looking for an additional vet 2 days per week.About your new role!In the heart of Walthamstow Village is this hugely popular first opinion practice, that also has a very high dental caseload for any vets with a penchant for all things teeth!The clinic has undergone a refurbishment in recent years and has all the equipment you could need.The rota involves a Monday and Tuesday working week (not sole charge), plus 1:4 branch Saturdays,1:8 hospital Sundays and up to 2 bank holidays per year. You will be included in the last resort on-call and twilight rotation for Wanstead.
