Harrow is your perfect well-managed urban practice, situated on a bustling high-street in northwest London.

Harrow is small but perfectly formed allowing the team to crack on with day-to-day consults and routine surgeries. It is fully equipped with everything you would need for a first opinion practice, including dental x-ray and multi-parameter.

This is a full-time role, and a 4-day week could be accommodated in addition to a weekend rotation.

You will be fully supported by an incredible nursing team, dedicated regional manager, and newly appointed regional head vet to help you with any areas of clinical support you may need.

Goddard Mandeville Veterinary Hospital in Northolt provides Harrow with its OOH care and support with any complex cases you may need to refer.

There is state of the art diagnostic support at the hospital with a new CT scanner, a diploma holder in imaging providing our CT and ultrasound service, a strong medical team, and experienced surgeons routinely conducting advanced orthopaedic, soft tissue, and minimally invasive surgery all available on site.

About the role

Our Hackney practice is one of our busiest in the group, and we now work closely with our consult only clinic in Highbury to support them with their surgical cases. This busy and diverse “mini hub” is looking at further investment in diagnostic imaging facilities, to help support our expansive and varied caseload.

The practice boasts two consulting rooms, a large prep and theatre area, separate cat and dog wards and a well utilised lab area.This is a full-time role, but flexible rota options can be explored between 32 to 40 hours per week, plus a 1:3 Saturday rotation. You will be working alongside a large support team of vets, senior RVN, students and trainee nurses. The team thrive on their unique dynamic for laughter and pulling together on those challenging days and utilising the chocolate corner when needed!Hackney is supported by Wanstead 24-hour Veterinary Hospital, where your patients will receive impeccable OOH and specialist care when needed. You will also be fully supported by a dedicated regional manager.
