About the role

The Stone Lion Veterinary Hospital provides first opinion, specialist referral services and emergency and critical care out of hours, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Our front of house team is integral to the hospital as they are the first point of contact for clients, and it is essential our exceptional client service is maintained.

Responsibilities will include diary management in conjunction with the clinical team, taking payments, processing insurance claims, registering new clients, handling client queries, health care plan administration, supporting our vets and nurses with general administration tasks, and of course the welcoming of our clients’ precious fur-babies into clinic!

Our new team member will be highly efficient, an extremely good communicator and will not be overwhelmed by a busy and demanding reception desk. We are looking for someone with the confidence, empathy, and experience to provide the high standard of care and the personal touch we expect for our clients.

You will be fully supported by your team of receptionists, and on-site management.

About the role

Our new team member will be confident in day-to-day sole charge practice life working 3 days independently, then 1 day with a second vet. The weekend rotation is 1:4 Saturdays in branch, and 1:10 Sundays at our Stone Lion hospital in Wimbledon.

There are no on-call requirements for this position.
