Our lovely Ewell practice is looking for an experienced part- time veterinary receptionist. The position is for 30 hours per week.

The practice is extremely popular within the local community and has grown from strength to strength. It is situated in a vibrant area, 15 minutes- walk from the local train station and 10 minutes from a local parade of various shops.

We have a really established team; Anne, James and Gemma our Vets have been with the practice for many years between them and so have the nursing and support staff. Janine our Head receptionist joined the company in 2006.

The practice is growing and hasn’r, and we have many new clients, we are looking for someone to increase our reception area, admin support and the occasional animal handling.   The ideal candidate will have previous experience of a similar role within the veterinary industry and demonstrate a passion for client and animal care and the ability to work well within a team. The role involves a lot of face-to-face contact with our clients, so we are looking for someone with the confidence, empathy and experience to provide the standard of care, organisational skills and the personal touch we expect for our clients.

The successful candidates must be able to demonstrate excellent and relevant client care experience. The Dagenham and South Woodford positions are for full -time hours including some Saturday work. There is the potential for a part-time position at out Barkingside practice .

These roles are potential VNA training roles and as such the salary will be minimum wage.

Due to continued growth we now have a new and exciting opportunity for a Night Veterinary Nursing Assistant to join our 24-hr hospital in Wanstead. Much of the role will involve working alongside the on-site veterinary surgeon and registered veterinary nurse to care for hospitalised patients and is a great opportunity to experience ECC work.
