Although the well-known phrase “the east end” is used by many, East London now stretches far beyond the ancient lands as London has grown over the decades. Regardless of the growth East London has seen, Goddard Veterinary Group has a number of practices East of the City, all RCVS accredited, to care for your pet and all their medical needs.


Hackney

Our Hackney practice is situated on the corner of Well Street and Mare Street, just a short distance from the London College of Fashion. The practice is also a short walk away from London Fields, where the nearest rail connections can be found. The practice has excellent public transport links through busses, with numerous routes passing right by our door. Our Hackney Practice is also accredited as a Silver Award Cat Friendly Clinic for our feline visitors.

Mile End

Our Mile End practice is one of the busiest in the group, and is easily accessible by the Central Line, with Mile End Station being only a few minutes walk away. From there you will be able to access the Central Line. If you are visiting us by car, there is a Pay and Display available on Hamlets Way. Alternatively, there are a number of local bus routes that stop close to the practice. For feline patients, our Mile End practice is accredited as a Silver Award Cat Friendly Clinic, giving you peace of mind that they have a safe environment inside the practice.

Dagenham

Situated just north of the centre of Dagenham, our practice is easily accessible for clients in the surrounding areas of East London. For drivers, we have a car park located on Wantz Road close by. If you are coming to our Dagenham practice by public transport we are located a short walk from both Dagenham Heathway and Dagenham East stations. Our Dagenham practice is also accredited with a Bronze Award and a Cat Friendly Clinic.

Plaistow

Situated in the Newham Borough of East London our Plaistow practice is fully equipped to provide the highest standard of care for your pet. We are proud that our Plaistow practice has a Silver Award as a Cat Friendly Clinic for feline care. Plaistow Station is roughly a 20-minute walk from us, and here you will find the nearest rail connections. If you are arriving by car, then parking can usually be found on Inniskilling Road, and other side roads next to the practice. Conveniently, many bus routes go past the practice too.

Thamesmead

Our Thamesmead practice is conveniently located within Thamesmead Shopping Centre, right next to the River Thames. There you will find lots of free parking in the Thamesmead Shopping Centre car park. The nearest Tube station is North Station. However, if you are travelling by bus then there are lots of options, as most buses heading towards Thamesmead town centre will stop near the practice.

West Ham

Our West Ham practice is located on Church Street, and Stratford Park is close by. Here you will find our team of experienced vets ready to take care of all your veterinary needs. If you are visiting us via car, there is ample parking available on neighbouring streets. Alternatively, Stratford Station is just a 15-minute walk from the practice. Conveniently, a number of bus routes go right past our practice.

South Woodford

South Woodford is in the Redbridge Borough of London. Here you will find our practice is fully equipped to provide the highest standard of care for your pet. South Woodford practice is located on Woodford Road, and is easily accessible via car. You will find parking located right at the front of the practice. The nearest station, South Woodford Station, is only a short 10-minute walk away, and from there you can access the Central Line. Alternatively, if you are travelling via bus, both the W13 and W12 have stops nearby. 

Walthamstow

Walthamstow is a large town in East London, located in the London Borough of Waltham Forest. Our Walthamstow practice is fully equipped to take care of all your veterinary needs. You can find us on Grove Road, and we have our own car park right in front of the practice, or you may park on neighbouring streets. Conveniently, lots of bus routes stop by the practice.

Barking

Our Barking vet practice can be found in the suburbs of East London, in the London Borough of Barking and Dagenham. Here you will find our experienced team is ready to help with all your veterinary requirements. If you are travelling to the practice by car, there is a Pay and Display parking available on Longridge Road. Barking rail and tube station is only a short walk away. If you are travelling via the bus, then a few bus routes stop very close to the practice. Our Barking Practice is also accredited as a Silver Award Cat Friendly Clinic.

Barkingside (Fremantle)

Our Barkingside veterinary practice is fully equipped to cater for your pets every need and is situated next to the Barkingside Methodist Church in Fremantle Road. Parking is available outside the practice on Fremantle Road at all hours of the day except between 2-3pm. The practice is well serviced by public transport, Barkingside Underground Station is a short 15-minute walk away, and local bus routes stop on Fremantle Road. 

Chingford

Chingford is a small town within the East London Borough of Waltham Forest and is home to our Chingford veterinary practice. There is plenty of off-road parking available both at the front and back of the practice building. The practice is located along several major bus routes.

Collier Row

Collier Row is located in Romford, East London within the London Borough of Havering and is home to our Collier Row vet practice, which has been accredited Silver Cat Friendly status by the ISFM. Parking is available on the streets surrounding the practice and on the neighbouring Hainault Road and Wainfleet Avenue, plus some local bus routes stopping just outside the practice.

Loughton

Our Loughton vet practice is located in the Epping Forest District of Essex and is equipped with excellent facilities to care for your pet. Parking is available for clients in front of the practice building and also in the garages behind the practice on Stonards Hill. There are good public transport links, with the practice being just a short walk from Loughton Tube Station and local buses stopping right outside the building.

Gidea Park

Situated in the Borough of Havering, in East London, our Gidea Park practice can be found opposite Gidea Park Station, on Balgores Lane. Free parking is available in the car park across from us, as well as the surrounding streets. If you are attending the practice via bus, then local bus routes conveniently stop close by. 

Ilford

Ilford is located in the East London Borough of Redbridge. At our Ilford practice you will find our dedicated team of professionals are on hand to care for all your veterinary needs. If you are attending the practice via car, then you will find parking available at the Ley Street Multi-Storey just opposite. One hour of parking is reimbursed by the practice. Ilford train station is just a short, 10-minute walk from us. Alternatively, if you are coming by bus, then local bus routes stop very close to us. Our Ilford practice is also accredited as a Silver Award Cat Friendly Clinic, with a caring environment for feline patients.  


Emergency Vets in East London

Wanstead Veterinary Hospital

If there is a veterinary emergency, or if your pet is unwell outside the standard practice hours, then you can visit our Wanstead Hospital in East London, where we can help you 24-hours a day, 365 days of the year. The hospital is easily accessible from the M25, the M11, and the North Circular Road A406. Here you will find ample parking available in the Hospital’s car park. Alternatively, if you are using public transport, Wanstead and Snaresbrook are the nearest tube stations. Or you can catch the No.66 bus from Romford Station to Leytonstone Station, or the W14 from Cross Road to Leyton Mills.
