Vet Surgeon – Wembley, North West London

Love going to gigs or watching the big matches? We have the perfect role for you! Never stand on a packed tube coming home from Wembley, just stroll home to your flat! Exciting times at our Wembley practice, the clinic will be undergoing a complete refurbishment and we are looking for an experienced vet to be part of the change.

The Wembley clinic has been on this site for several decades and has a long-standing and loyal client base. Have you ever fancied running your own clinic and marking your mark in the local community, this is your opportunity! You will be supported by an experienced team, Adrian who manages the clinic, Jacky our fantastic RVN, and Robert our VNA have all worked at the clinic for many years and will support you every step of the way. We are keen to help our vets develop their interests and will invest in kit that’s needed for you to move forward with your career.

For this role, we are offering the opportunity to work a 3 or 4 day week plus 1:3 Saturdays as part of a job share to help you with your work-life balance.

There is no overnight work, but we would like you to support our hospital colleagues at our RCVS accredited tier 3 hospital in Northolt on a 1:8 Sunday day- time only rota. The Mandeville Hospital has great 24 -hr facilities including CT, an excellent ultrasound, scopes, laparoscopic equipment, and an array of specialists and provides a good environment to develop your ECC skills. The branch role is sole charge but is fully supported by the hospital team.

Our ideal vet would have 2 years of experience, is a good clinician who can fit into our practice culture and values, and just enjoys being a great GP, a really good communicator, and someone who would relish helping to advance our standards of care.

The salary is in the region of £45-55k depending on experience and has the potential to increase with the growth of the practice. Our CPD allowance is £2000 with 5 days paid CPD per year. We see CPD as an investment in the individual as well as for the practice and are keen to support study for certificate qualifications.

Night RVN – Mandeville Veterinary Hospital, London

Are you passionate about emergency and critical care, but would like a rota that allows a good work-life balance? If so, we have the perfect role for you! We are looking for a night RVN at the Mandeville Veterinary Hospital in Northwest London to do a 4 on and 8 off rota (averaging 37 hours per week). The role involves working alongside the on-site veterinary surgeon to care for hospitalised patients and assisting with emergencies as they arise.

RVN – Stone Lion Veterinary Hospital, London

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an RVN to join our team of excellent nurses. The Stone Lion Veterinary Hospital offers a varied caseload of routine procedures, emergency and critical care, and specialist work with an ophthalmologist, orthopaedic and soft tissue surgeon, dentist, dermatologist and physiotherapist.

The position is full time and 40 hrs per week. The rota involves 1 in 7 weekends and one additional 1:7 Sunday, there are no nights or on-call. Weekend Vets – Stone Lion Veterinary Hospital, London

Come and join the well-established and friendly team at our RCVS accredited Stone Lion Veterinary Hospital. We are looking for daytime only, weekend vets.
