This hugely popular first opinion clinic is looking for a second full-time vet to dive in and help support their team and large caseload.About your new role!Mile End has a VERY busy caseload, and they are looking for a confident GP vet who thrives in a fast-paced inner London environment to help support the team with its expanding pool of patients.

We are recruiting for a new full-time senior vet and have an additional part-time vet and full-time Senior RVN starting in October and November. The average 40.4 hours per week is inclusive of a 1:4 branch Saturday and 1:8 hospital Sunday rotation. One of our fabulous vets will be starting their parenting journey in December, and we are looking for a well-rounded GP vet to jump in and help support the Mandeville Hospital in a full-time 12-month fixed term position from the new year.

About your new role!

Mandeville Hospital is RCVS accredited and is a busy, expanding first-opinion centre, offering a 24 -hour service to their clients, as well as referral services to the practice’s nearby branch surgeries. We are also able to offer the services of RCVS Specialists in Ophthalmology, Diagnostic Imaging including CT facilities and Dermatology.

​We are seeking a vet who is no stranger to hospital life and thrives in an ECC environment. Your rota will involve a 4-day week, plus a 1:4 Saturday and 1:8 Sunday rotation. There are NO on-call requirements for this position. You will be rota ‘d to 1 bank holiday in the 12-month period.

​You will be fully supported by senior clinical management on site.

This role could be ideal for a vet who is not looking to put down roots but would like a stable hospital position for a year and reap the benefits of a contractual role for 12-months!

This busy and diverse “mini hub” has recently invested in new ultrasound facilities, to help support its expansive and varied caseload.Our senior vet will be no stranger to a fast-paced environment and will be a keen leader but have ample opportunity to develop their own skills further. You will be involved in the daily caseload of consultations and surgeries, while providing senior support to your team.The practice boasts two consulting rooms, a large prep and theatre area, separate cat and dog wards and a well utilised lab area.
