VA389 – Mandeville Veterinary Hospital (Northolt) – Part-time Veterinary Hospital Administrator

We are looking for an experienced hospital/practice administrator from the veterinary or human medicine sector, to join our busy 24-hour hospital team at Mandeville Veterinary Hospital in Northolt.

The salary band for this part-time 20-hour week role is £12,490 to £17,492 (£25,000 to £35,000 FTE) depending on experience and allowing room for growth within the role.

About the role

In this varied on-site role, your duties will include but are not limited to:

-Managing Insurance claims and queries -Managing charity accounts -Managing general hospital admin including responding to client queries -Monthly reporting-Managing accommodation affiliated with the hospital-Managing OOH accounts -Weekly banking

Mandeville Veterinary Hospital and its surrounding clinics provide an excellent first opinion, emergency, critical care, and referral service and work to the highest clinical standards, and we need a highly organised and experienced administrator to help aid in the smooth running of the hospital.

You will be fully supported by an on-site hospital manager and highly experienced clinical colleagues.
