How to Find Us

Nestled away in leafy Ham just minutes from the common, await the friendly and experienced team at our Ham Richmond veterinary practice. This practice has been serving the local community for over 40 years and became part of the Goddard Veterinary Group in 2003 where it has continued to grow considerably in size and reputation to become one of the most trusted vets in Richmond. 

Parking and Accessibility

There is ample parking available across the road from the surgery and is close to several public transport links. The following buses stop within walking distance of the surgery: Bus no. 371 – Kingston Hall Road to Richmond/ Dee Road, Bus no. K5 – Dysart Avenue to Morden Station, Bus no. 65 Brook Street to Ealing Broadway Station. 

Please note this practice is located within the Ultra Low Emission Zone (ULEZ).

What to do in the Event of an Emergency   

In the event of a veterinary emergency or if your pet is unwell out of hours our Hospitals offer your pets a dedicated emergency service and the reassurance of knowing we are open 24 hours a day, 365 days of the year. Mark studied at Liverpool University and has worked in London since qualifying as a veterinary surgeon in the late 1990s. He has interests in dermatology and soft tissue surgery. Outside of work Mark likes cycling, snowboarding and the arts. He is also happy to talk psychology and the importance of our furry friends for our mental health.

Isabelle joined the team at Ham after studying veterinary nursing at the Royal Veterinary College and graduating with a Bachelors Degree in Veterinary nursing in 2020. This is her first job since graduation and Isabelle is interested in aspects of anaesthesia and providing the best care for her patients and our clients alike.

Sue is a highly dedicated member of our team and is a very familiar face at the surgery having been a receptionist here since 1997. She knows most of the clients and their pets by name and enjoys her role enormously. Sue has two cats herself and is a keen gardener outside of work.

Jo followed her dream of working in the veterinary industry after 10 years in retail management.  She began as a receptionist in a veterinary practice and quickly progressed to become practice manager.  In 2018 Jo joined the Goddard Veterinary Group and her professional passion and motivation is customer service and people development.  In her spare time Jo enjoys walking her two chihuahuas, Theo and Roxy and spending time with family and friends.
