Our Dagenham (Broad St) veterinary practice is fully equipped to deliver high-quality care for your pet. With excellent on-site facilities, we can perform diagnostic blood tests, digital x-rays, and surgical procedures right here at our East London clinic. Book an Appointment

Once you’re registered with us (which usually takes up to 24 hours), you can easily book routine appointments online, including:

  • Vet Consultation: A standard check-up for one pet. Please note this doesn’t cover surgery or Animal Health and Export Certificates.
  • Vaccination: Annual booster shots—please note that rabies vaccinations need to be booked by phone.
  • New Puppy Check: A health check and vaccinations designed especially for your new puppy (not in conjunction with the Free New Pet Check).
  • Nurse Appointment: For helpful advice on things like nutrition, weight, parasite checks, nail trimming, microchipping, and support for new pets. (These appointments aren’t for diagnosis or medication.)

If you’ve recently added a new pet to your family, or if you are moving into the local area and looking for a new vet, we’d be delighted to meet you both and offer your pet a free health check by one of our vets! (Appointment required, T&Cs apply).

How to Find Us

You’ll find our Dagenham (Broad St) practice in a friendly, bustling part of town, right along Broad Street where the community comes together. We’re easy to reach whether you’re arriving on foot, by public transport or car.

  • By Bus: Routes 145, 173, 174, 175, and 364 all stop close to Dagenham Heathway, just a short walk from the practice.
  • By Tube: Both Dagenham Heathway and Dagenham East stations (District Line) are within easy walking distance.
  • By Train: Dagenham Dock (c2c line) is only a few minutes away on foot.
  • By Car: There is metered parking outside the practice. Please note this practice is located within the Ultra Low Emission Zone (ULEZ).

If your pet becomes unwell during our normal opening hours, please contact us straight away on 020 8595 5818. For urgent cases outside of these times, our Wanstead Veterinary Hospital offers round-the-clock emergency care — open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Call them directly on 020 8989 7744.

Marie has been a valued member of our Dagenham Broad Street practice team for over 19 years. She is deeply passionate about dog behavior and is dedicated to helping anxious dogs feel more relaxed and confident during their visits. At home, Marie cares for cats, reptiles, and dogs, but her greatest passion lies with her six Rottweilers. She enjoys traveling across the country with them, participating in activities like canicross and obedience competitions.

Philippa joined the Goddard Group in 1999 and has seen it develop and grow over the years. Originally from a veterinary equine practice, Philippa now manages ten branches in the East London area. Philippa achieved her management certificate Cert B&PS in 1999 and her Certificate Veterinary Practice Management CVPM in 2013. Philippa lives with her husband, son and her rescue cats Duncan and Sydney. In her spare time, she enjoys volunteering projects, was an Olympic Games Maker in London 2012 and helps out at Saturday Park Runs. Philippa has a passion for photography and participates in many charity runs (as long as there is a medal at the end!).
