About the role

This part-time role involves an 8 hour shift on Wednesdays, 4 hours on Friday mornings, Sundays 10am-2pm and 1:4 Saturdays.

The successful future colleague will have plenty of client care experience in a fast-paced environment. We want to ensure that while our clinical team support the patients’ needs, we are also able to offer a warm and friendly welcome to clients, have effective communications internally, and organise our diary so that we can provide the best advice and accurate information to our clients.

We are ideally seeking a team member with previous reception responsibilities within a veterinary or healthcare setting to join our team and can work early and late shifts.

We are looking for a friendly, confident, empathetic individual who will be proud to make the reception area, their areas of responsibility and for individuals with a passion for animal welfare and who love being a pivotal part of a large vibrant team.

There is state of the art diagnostic support at the hospital with a new CT scanner, a diploma holder in imaging providing our CT and ultrasound service, a strong medical team, and experienced surgeons routinely conducting advanced orthopaedic, soft tissue, and minimally invasive surgery all available on site.
