Once again Richard Marks and the wonderful team were as professional and helpful as always. My 2years 6 months old cavapoo sustained a wound to his paw pad .I rang for advice was asked to send over a picture and received a call a few hours later with advice and an appt for assessment as a procedure may be needed. I was booked into an already overbooked clinic and my dog was given the attention that was required. I cannot thank Richard and all the staff for their attention and kindness. Nothing is ever too much and they always do their utmost to ensure that you are seen and your pet gets the treatment they require. I cannot thank them enough and would thoroughly recommend for their excellent service.

The Goddard Vet Group are excellent, the team at Mile End are so helpful and welcoming. They have done all they could for Monkey when she became unwell recently. Steph has been very supportive following the loss, I can't thank her enough. James is an excellent vet, personalable and caring. Thank you for all you did, and the care you had, for Monkey.

Thank you Minnie and her amazing team for all the care and support you have given to Tally throughout her life. Minnie and the team were wonderful when we sadly had to put Tally down. Tally’s passing was handled with great dignity and respect by you and your lovely team. The calm manner helped us all through a difficult time. It was the most difficult day we have experienced as a family, but a day which was made less painful thanks to Goddard Fulham.
