After graduating in Lithuania in 2017, Lukas moved to the UK and began working in a busy first‑opinion practice, where he performed a wide range of soft‑tissue surgeries and assisted with orthopaedic procedures. These experiences led Lukas to pursue a postgraduate certificate in small animal surgery. Lukas also managed a high caseload of dental procedures, developing a strong appreciation for the importance of veterinary oral health. In 2024, he began locuming and working part‑time in an emergency clinic, where he developed a growing interest in Emergency and Critical Care. Outside of work, Lukas enjoys hiking, running, and spending time outdoors.
