We are seeking an experienced RVN to join our team and support our vets and nursing colleagues in our Ewell branch. We are positioned in a vibrant area of London, with great access to public transport and local amenities. You will be working alongside an experienced and compassionate team who have a passion for building strong bonds with their loyal client base.
Training and career progression is important to us, so we are looking for someone happy to be a clinical coach to support junior team members in their development whilst being able to develop your own skillset at the same time. Full training will be provided if you have no prior coaching experience.
The role could be full or part time as we can be flexible with hours with a Saturday rota of 1 in 4; no nights or on call, as this is provided by our Stone Lion Hospital, where you will also have an opportunity to spend a Sunday 5 times a year. Our salary range is £24,000 to £28,000 pro rata for part time, depending on experience. In addition, we offer paid CPD- with 2 full or 3 part days CPD allowance. We see CPD as an investment in the individual as well as for the practice, and in some roles, we can support study for nursing certificate qualifications.
