We are looking for a client-focused and forward-looking experienced receptionist to join our team based at our outstanding Veterinary Hospital, Mandeville. In this role you will deliver outstanding customer experience to all GVG clients. You will lead the team, by make sure they have the right tools to deliver consistent, exceptional customer service.
This new role is an exciting one and forms part of an expanding team of receptionists at Mandeville Veterinary Hospital. This is an opportunity for a receptionist who has experience of leading a team to make a real difference to the quality of customer care in the practice. You will be responsible for a wide variety of tasks including recruitment, training and development of your team and ensuring the reception desk delivers the highest customer care standards possible.
The position is for 40 hours per week including some weekends. The salary for this role is £24,000 to £28,000 per annum. If you can demonstrate commitment to working to the highest clinical standards, dedication to delivering excellent client care (preferably with experience of independent nurse consultations), and a desire to help and support both clients and colleagues, then we’d love to hear from you.
