RVN – Putney, London

We are seeking a confident RVN to join our already very organised team. Our Putney practice is located in a vibrant area with a London ‘village’ atmosphere, just a short walk from the River Thames, Putney High Street and Putney Station. The role is fulltime (40 hrs.) with 1:3 Saturday (currently mornings only). For the right candidate there would be the opportunity for a negotiation on hours and rota to support a healthy work life balance. We are open to discussion!

No nights or on call as this service is provided by our Tier 3 Hospital in Wimbledon at which you will also have some exposure as part of the rota.

You will be working alongside an experienced and compassionate team who have a reputation for building strong bonds with their loyal and growing number of new clients but truly live the values of work life balance with their diary management.

Our lead vet holds a certificate in surgery so our ideal candidate would have proven ability and a passion for anesthetics, running an organised theatre and in patient care.

Training is important to our culture, so we are looking for someone willing to be a clinical coach to support the support an existing colleague in their RVN development whilst being keen to develop their own skill set. Full training will be provided if you have no prior coaching experience.  We would also like to train you to grow in the leadership part of the role, to add or develop your existing skill set as you make the next more in your career.

The salary range is £23,000-£32,000 depending on experience. In addition, we offer paid CPD- with 2-days or 3 -part days CPD allowance. We see CPD as an investment in the individual as well as for the practice, and in some roles, we can support study for nursing certificate qualifications.
