Are you an experienced RVN thinking about taking their first steps into team leadership or do you already have some leadership experience and are looking for a new challenge? We are seeking a confident RVN to lead the lovely nursing team and support our two vets in this small, friendly, and already successful clinic. Our Kennington practice is located in a vibrant and popular area in a little row of shops and cafes, just a short walk from both Oval and Vauxhall tube stations. You’ll be working alongside an experienced and compassionate team who have a passion for building strong bonds with their growing number of clients. Anna and Sylvia our fantastic vets have a strong local reputation, and are supported by a capable team in Csilla our full time RVN and Imogen our SVN, who’s soon to qualify.
The role is fulltime (40 hrs.) with 1:3 Saturday, no nights or on call as this service is provided by our Tier 3 Hospital in Wimbledon. Are you someone who likes to be organized and efficient and is confident in all GP nursing duties? Do you enjoy establishing strong relationships with colleagues, patients and our clients? Training is really important to us, so we are looking for someone willing to be a clinical coach to support the team in their development whilst being keen to develop their own skill set. Full training will be provided if you have no prior coaching experience.
