We are seeking an RVN to join and support our Mile End team at Goddard Vet Group and step into a leadership role. This is a long-established, busy practice, in a vibrant area of East London, close to the underground and next to a large park for a breath of fresh air.
We look after lots of long-standing clients as well as attract many new pet owners. We are well known in the local community and are proud of the standards of care that we offer. We understand the importance of the pet and owner bond in everything that we do.
Whilst the role could be full-time, with some weekend work (although no OOH or nights), we are open to discussing flexible working options with suitable candidates as we understand that everybody is unique in what they are looking for in their career. The salary range will be between £23k and £32k depending on experience and agreed hours.
We would be keen to support you with CPD if you were newer to the leadership role to ensure you are developed in your career move. Continued investment into people and the branch will allow us to continue supporting patient needs across a broad caseload and enhance the facilities for both clients and the team.
We would love to find an RVN to join us, who enjoys all aspects of the nursing role from supporting our two vets in surgery to running your own Nurse consultations with future potential to explore areas of personal interest through CPD. We are seeking an RVN who is organised in their approach and is a great communicator. You will have a passion for variety from routine to emergency care as no two days are ever the same! Clinical coaching skills would be a bonus as we believe in developing our teams and would love you to play an active part in that, and training can be provided by our own nurse training college to support you.
